Homemade gummies with an extra immune boost

know that winter is almost over but I swear this is the time of year that we all get sick! So today I decided to make some immune boosting fruit gummies for the kiddies using Young Living Ningxia Red and Elderberry Syrup. Check it out.


1/4 cup Ningxia Red
1/4 Cup elderberry syrup
1 1/4 packets of gelatin
3-6 drops of Young Living Orangle Essential oil
1 tsp Raw honey
Candy mold

Place the elderberry syrup in a small sauce pan on low heat and mix gelatin until dissolved.  Take off heat and add honey to warm mixture until dissolved, add Ningxia red and drops of Orange oil.

Place in mold and let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours and voilĂ ... 


The kids came home this afternoon and each had a handful, needless to say that they loved them and I felt great about finding another easy way to fill their bodies with healthy goodness: also great for adults by the way.
