I have had some people ask what oils I like to diffuse, here are some of my favorite diffusing recipes right now. These are the blends I like to use through out the day while I am working in my studio or at the computer. I am always trying and testing new recipes and writing them in my oils journal. 1 drop Hawaiian Sandalwood (In aromatherapy used to induce a calm and meditative state)
3 drops Lavender (Known for calming)
1 drop Roman chamomile (Known for calming and promoting peacefulness)

3 drops Lavender (Known for calming)
3 drops Valor or Valor II (Promotes feeling of strength, balance, self confidence)
2 drops Joy (Creates a comforting environment and inspires a romantic aromatic atmosphere)

3 drops Patchouli (Diffuse this oil for a calming, relaxing, peaceful fragrance)
2 drops Orange (Creates an uplifted feeling and can inspire creativity)
2 drops Frankincense (Diffuse Frankincense during meditation for grounding and purpose)

2 drops Citrus fresh (Eliminates odors, uplifts mood, creates a clean, fresh scent for any environment)
